Why are you passionate about hormone health?

I am passionate about helping patients to feel and function their best, no matter their age. I believe that as providers we need to help patients live their best lives. Frequently hormone health is not addressed, but I believe that it should be at the forefront of how we care for our patients as it affects everything from our skin to our energy to our moods and our relationships. By helping patients find balance in their hormones, we will help them to live better lives.

Do you have a favorite inspirational quote that has guided you as a practitioner?

Were there none who were discontented with what they have, the world would never reach anything better. ~Florence Nightengale

This quote by Florence Nightengale, the founder of modern day nursing, means that as long as there is something that you can improve upon, there is always a way to make things better, whether it is your health, your happiness, or your success in your career. While I always practice gratitude for what I have, I also strive to better myself.
