Sarah Conway-Nelson is a Doctor of Nursing Practice board certified in Family Medicine. She currently resides and grew up in New Jersey at the Jersey shore. In 2014, Sarah received her Bachelors degree in Science of Nursing from Ramapo College where she graduated with honors and went on to work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for over 5 years.While working in the Emergency Room, Sarah earned her Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Nursing where she completed her capstone project researching and working with therapy dogs. After completing graduate school, Sarah began working in an urgent care setting as well as in a MediSpa. Sarah is currently pursuing her passion for holistic medicine through her work as a Hormone Replacement Specialist with ThriveLab.Sarah is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and American Nurses Association. In her free time Sarah loves spending time with her family at the beach, going for hikes in the park, traveling to football games, and going to concerts.
