Please be aware that we do have fees for no shows, cancellations and rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of your appointment time. For initial telehealth consultations, the charge is $84 to cover the cost of the provider or clinician’s time. This fee is in addition to the $45 fee to book. For existing patients, the charge for cancelled or rescheduled telehealth meetings is $15. While we know this can be frustrating, it’s important we respect the time of our medical team, too.
